Terms of Service

UK-jurisdiction terms covering website use, engagements, IP, payment, warranty, and liability.

Effective from 15 August 2026 · Last updated 15 August 2026
Skyline Softech Ltd · London, United Kingdom

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the adultseoservices.co.uk website and any engagement you enter with Skyline Softech Ltd (referred to as "we", "us"). By using this site or engaging us for services, you accept these terms.

2. Who can engage us

Our services are for adult industry operators over the age of 18 running legal, licensed adult businesses. We will not knowingly work with clients whose activities breach UK law, including the Sexual Offences Act 2003, the Online Safety Act 2023, or any other applicable regulation.

3. Engagement + NDA

Every engagement starts with a mutual UK-jurisdiction Non-Disclosure Agreement, 3-year survival period. Technical scoping happens only after both sides sign. If you have your own NDA template, we will sign yours instead.

4. Proposals + acceptance

Written proposals detail scope, timeline, price, milestones, and payment terms. Acceptance is by signed contract or written confirmation (email is acceptable). No work begins until the first invoice is paid.

5. Payment terms

Fixed-price projects: milestone billing, typically 30% on kickoff, remainder against milestones defined in the contract. Retainers: monthly in advance, 4-week or 3-month minimum term as specified in the contract. Day-rate contracts: weekly billing in arrears, net 14. Overdue invoices attract statutory interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate.

6. Intellectual property

IP and code are assigned to you on final payment. Any third-party libraries or components remain under their own licences. Pre-existing IP we brought into the engagement remains ours. We retain the right to reference the engagement in anonymised form for our own credibility.

7. Warranty

Fixed-price builds carry a 30-day post-launch warranty covering defects present at delivery. Retainer engagements are best-effort by their nature. We do not warrant that any specific SEO ranking, AI citation, or business outcome will be achieved.

8. Cancellation

Fixed-price projects: cancellation triggers billing for work completed to date plus any non-refundable third-party costs. Retainers: 30-day written notice after minimum commitment. Day-rate: contract runs to end of current week; no further billing.

9. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any engagement is capped at fees paid over the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business-continuity losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, personal injury, or anything else which cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Governing law

These terms and any engagement are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
