How quickly do you respond?
Within 4 hours Monday to Friday (UK hours). Monday morning for weekend messages. For urgent regulatory issues, WhatsApp for faster response.
Do I need to know exactly what I want before contacting you?
No. A rough idea and a budget range is enough. We prefer discovery calls where you tell us what you are trying to achieve.
Are consultations free?
Yes. The first call (up to 30 minutes) is free. For projects over ÂŁ15,000 we run a paid discovery phase.
What countries do you work with?
UK primary, Australia and New Zealand from our UK base. Ireland occasionally. Not US, Canada, or EU.
What information should I include in my first message?
Project type, rough scope, timeline, budget range, and any hard constraints (compliance, integration, existing tech).
Do you sign NDAs before technical discussions?
Yes. Standard UK-jurisdiction mutual NDA, 3-year survival. We sign yours if you have your own template.
