Migrations and adult-safe hosting

Escape the platform: move off OnlyFans, Fansly, or off-the-shelf SaaS to your own site. Or set up adult-tolerant hosting on providers who will not drop you.

What you get

Everything below is in the quote. No add-ons, no surprise line items later.

Migration audit

Before anything moves we establish what can come with you, what cannot, and how long the whole thing will take.

Destination build

The platform you are moving to is built for your model, whether that is subscription, video on demand or cam.

Bulk content transfer

Your library moves across and is transcoded on the way, so nothing has to be re-uploaded by hand.

Subscriber messaging

Subscribers are told what is happening in waves, with a reason to re-subscribe rather than one hopeful email.

SEO-safe redirects

Every old URL is mapped to a new one before launch, so the traffic you have earned follows you across.

Adult-tolerant hosting

You land on infrastructure that will keep hosting you: MojoHost, Bunny.net or an adult-tolerant cloud.

Zero-downtime migration

DNS cutover and database replication mean the switch happens without a maintenance page in front of your customers.

CDN + DDoS mitigation + backup provider architecture

Delivery, attack mitigation and backups are set up as three separate things, so one failure does not take the site down.

Every engagement

A written report every Friday

A short note each Friday covering what shipped that week, what is queued next, and anything waiting on a decision from you. You are never guessing where the project is.

Every engagement

30-day warranty after launch

Anything defective at delivery is fixed on us for the first thirty days after go-live, at no extra cost and without an argument about whose fault it was.

Every engagement

Your IP on final payment

Code, designs and the accounts we opened in your name are assigned to you on the final invoice, with repo access, deployment credentials and a written handover pack. No licence, no lock-in.

Pricing

Every engagement is scoped and quoted on its own.

No packages, no padded tiers

Price on application

After a 30-minute discovery call under NDA we send a written proposal: a fixed price for the agreed scope, milestone billing rather than a lump sum up front, and code and IP assigned to you on final payment.

What shapes the quote

  • How much of the platform is custom versus configured
  • Content volume, transcoding and storage
  • Which processor and age-verification vendors you need
  • Whether you are migrating from an existing platform

Discovery is paid on projects over £15,000 and credited against the build. UK VAT added for UK operators.

How the build runs

Staging and written reporting from the start, so you are never waiting to find out where things are.

  1. 1

    Week 0

    Discovery and written scope

A 30-minute call under NDA, then a written scope: what we are building, what it costs, and what it explicitly does not include. Nothing starts until you have signed that.

  2. 2

    Weeks 1–3

    Foundations and applications

Architecture, data model and the admin skeleton. Processor and age-verification applications go in during this window, because they take the longest and block launch if they are left late.

  3. 3

    The middle weeks

    Build on live staging

Features land on a private staging URL you can use, ordered so the risky parts are proven first. A written report reaches you every Friday until launch.

  4. 4

    Launch week

    Go live and hand over

Cutover, then close monitoring for the first few days. Repo, deployment credentials and a runbook are handed over, and the 30-day warranty starts.

The challenge

The context most agencies won't say out loud.

Two problems, one team. Migration: you built an audience on someone else's platform, they take 20-30% forever, and they own the customer relationship. Hosting: AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean, Vercel, and Netlify all ban adult content in their AUP and close support tickets citing section 4.2 when your site goes down. We handle both — replatform off SaaS and set you up on adult-tolerant hosting that stays online.

Why us

What a mainstream agency cannot credibly claim on this service.

01

We have run migrations before

Not theoretical. We know which parts break during a replatform and which parts you can automate.

02

Live hosting relationships

MojoHost and Bunny.net accounts on file. We know their tolerance boundaries and support channels.

03

Subscriber retention focus

Typical migration retains 40-70% of paying subscribers when messaging and onboarding are handled properly.

04

Backup provider architecture

Even adult-tolerant providers change policy. We architect so switching providers takes days, not months.

Common questions

What we get asked most, answered honestly.

How long does an adult platform migration take?

Audit only: 2-3 weeks. Migration + MVP destination: 14-18 weeks. Migration + full production: 22-28 weeks.

How long does a hosting migration take?

Setup only: 3-5 days. Emergency migration from a hostile host: 5-14 days. Full production setup: 3-4 weeks.

Which hosts explicitly permit adult content?

MojoHost is the specialist. Bunny.net for CDN + storage. OVH VPS (with reservations) works. Cloudflare pass-through works for DNS but their app services do not.

What percentage of subscribers migrate?

Typical range 40-70%. Higher end when audience is small and engaged. Lower end when the audience is huge and low-signal.

Can we keep our old platform running during migration?

Yes. Recommended actually. Dual-run during transition, then shut down old platform after 60-90 days once migration campaign has run its course.

What about DDoS attacks on the new host?

Bunny.net absorbs layer-3/4. Application-layer rate limiting handles layer-7. Cloudflare is available as an additional layer for serious attacks.

What about SEO during migration?

Full redirect map, canonical strategy, and staged sitemap-swap ensure organic traffic is preserved. Migration handled well should not lose SEO position.

Can you help if we have been banned by our current host?

Yes. Emergency migration is one of our most common engagements. We can usually have you on a new host within 5-10 days.
