7. Data retention
- Contact form submissions: 24 months from last contact
- Analytics data: 26 months (GA4 default)
- Server logs: 30 days
- Signed NDAs: 7 years (professional record-keeping)
- Client project data: duration of engagement + 7 years post-completion
8. Data location + transfers
Primary storage is UK / EEA hosting. Some processors are US-based (Postmark, GA4, Cal.com); Standard Contractual Clauses are in place for those transfers.

10. Changes to this policy
